Littéralement : Le cœur de ceux qui se hâtent prendra du sens, et la langue des bègues se hâtera à parler nettement.
Les premiers sont ceux qui se précipitent dans leurs jugements sur les voies Dieu et en parlent étourdiment ; les seconds, ceux qui, sans être étrangers au respect des choses saintes, ne les comprennent pas assez pour en parler clairement.
