Un bélier pour leur faute (Lévitique 5.14 et suivants). Par le fait qu'un sacrificateur, qui s'approche de l'Eternel, ne se sanctifie pas, Dieu est lésé dans son honneur et un sacrifice de réparation lui est dû. Le contenu du verset 19 est valable, sans qu'il soit répété chaque fois, pour tous les coupables dont, les noms suivront.
