Dieu est l'Auteur de toutes nos délivrances et Il doit en recevoir toute la gloire. Les ennemis tendent des pièges au peuple de Dieu, de façon à le conduire à pécher et à le précipiter en permanence dans l'épreuve. Parfois, cela semble être une victoire de Satan ; mais plaçons notre confiance dans le Seigneur, nous n'en serons jamais déçus. Le croyant attribuera tout l'honneur de son salut à la puissance, à la miséricorde et à la vérité de Dieu ; il sera reconnaissant et louera le Seigneur, en retour, pour la façon dont Il l'a conduit. Réjouissons-nous de ce que toute notre aide provient de Celui qui a fait les cieux et la terre.
