Aux fils d'Israël. C'est à eux, magistrats ou peuple, qu'incombe l'exécution des lois pénales qui vont suivre, même lorsqu'elles doivent être appliquées à des étrangers : le peuple du pays le lapidera.

A Moloch : 18.21. Double crime : idolâtrie et homicide.

Il faut être sans pitié, dans ce cas, soit à l'égard des étrangers, soit à l'égard des fils d'Israël.
