Il a donné de la nourriture : allusion à la manière dont Dieu a pourvu à tous les besoins du peuple et l'a fait subsister dans le désert.

Il se souvient de son alliance, ainsi que le prouve précisément cette sollicitude de l'Eternel envers les siens.
